My version of recipe #19205 "Mince and Tatties"
by Millie. We had quite a few different things in ours, so thought I would post this one. The name comes from my late Grandma Irene who made this a lot for her family of 7 in the 40's and 50's. This is the first time we have written it down, so I hope it;s okay! All times are estimates on my part!!
This is a yummy spread that's great with crackers, or stuffed into mini pita halves for an appie. I got the recipe from a friend who sold Schneider's Popcorn Seasonings. I tweaked it a bit for my taste by adding dried dill, parsley and cheddar. 1 hr. Cook is chill time.
