This is a quick put-together frosting that I found in a cookie cookbook. You don't have to wait for the butter or margarine to soften before you make it so you can make it on a whim and it spreads on nice and thick without that store bought taste. I also like the way you don't have to wait all night for it to harden up. Easy ingredients makes it a real keeper!

This Cracker spread is so addicting. I don't even like onions but for some reason I can eat this on crackers with no problem. It tastes better after it sits a day or two in the fridge and keeps well for about a week. Some might add more onion or ham for personal taste.

I can't believe no one has posted this yet! These are so good. My 3 year old won't eat the plain ones out of the bag anymore because of this!

    Recipe #148446

I came up with this one this morning for the hubby using some peppers out of the garden. It's not too hard to do, it just takes some time, and I like using the crock pot to cook the peppers instead of par-boiling them on the stove. I know it looks like a long list, but it is slightly different than some usual recipes. I hope you give it a try and give me an honest opinion of what you think! Also, this recipe uses 2 cups of white rice. I tried for an hour to get it to post and it wouldn't do it! Sorry for the confusion!
