Dr. Pepper is my favorite soft drink, so it's no surprise that this is my favorite float. If you want to, you could use another soda, but DP is my personal preference. I would recommend ginger ale, cola, or root beer (well, I really don't care for root beer, but many people do.)

    Recipe #418766

This is a recipe I tweaked from cdkitchen.com. It originally called for lard, but I don't care for it, so I subbed half butter, half shortening. I made this for a Colonial Apple Pie, and it was delicious! The 7-Up sounds strange, but you don't taste it at all. It just makes the crust flakey.

    Recipe #418384

This recipe's from my distant cousin. She made this during our family reunion. This is a tweaked version that has some meaty pinto beans and some chipotle chili powder running through it to give it some nice smokiness. Don't worry about the amount of spices. It may seem like a lot, but in the end, it's really not. Preparation time does not include the time you cook the chicken.

    Recipe #416266

This is a nonalcoholic fruit punch recipe I made up on a whim. It's a wonderful kid's drink on a hot summer day.

    Recipe #412552

This is a delicious, nonalcoholic fruit punch that gets color and sweetness from the cranberry juice, a fizzy flavor from the club soda, and a pleasant fruity taste from the pineapple juice.

    Recipe #412295

According to Wikipedia, this drink was named by Disney Imagineers. This drink sounds strange, but is very soothing and refreshing! You can experiment with the ratios, as one viewer said (I can't find the right ratios, either!). Ginger ale is also good used in this one.

    Recipe #412102

A mocktail suitable for children. It's the big brother of the Roy Rogers, and is named after its initials (Diet Coke and Grenadine= DC&G).

    Recipe #411463

I had these once at Bobby Flay's MESA Grill. They were REALLY good. I tried to adapt the recipe, and mine came out even better. The cayenne is there just to give it a little song to sing. You can add more, if you like. Serve on ice cream, or enjoy with a glass of milk.

    Recipe #402345

I got this recipe from a magazine (don't know which kind) while waiting for a haircut. It's just like the name suggests. I think this is more flavorful than storebought seasoning. It also has less salt. Use it on chicken, ground beef, or taco meat. The original recipe needed some spice (I like spicy food), so I added chipotle and cayenne pepper. Yum!

    Recipe #402277

This is my mom's recipe. It's one of my favorite breakfast treats of all time. Tip: when the loaves cool, wrap them in aluminum foil. This prevents them from drying out. Note that, while the recipe says to use 2 big loaf pans, you can make 4 mini loaf pans. Those are perfect for last-minute Christmas gifts.
