    I tried this recipe after finding it on the internet, hoping to convince my family to eat vegetarian every now and then. It worked! It worked so well, they didn't even know there wasn't any meat in their burgers! This is nice and spicy and gets a lovely crust on it. This is vegetarian and vegan. You don't even need to serve it on a bun if you like! If you don't mind the cheese, it's great with a little shredded cheddar on top. Prep time includes 2 hours chilling.

    I've had this recipe forever, and had forgotten all about it. Dug it out when I remembered it, cuz it is sooo good. It takes a while, but it's not difficult. Great combination of flavors! There's usually extra stuffing...just bake it in a dish along side. If you like a little heat, use a hotter pepper like an Anaheim chile, or New Mexico chile.

I have a little container that you put wood chips in and I used that for the smoking portion. I also used Mesquite. Prep time does not include marinating time.

    This is a creation I came up with when I needed a dessert and was asked to bring Snickerdoodles again. They're delicious!!! And easy, to boot!!!! Cinnamon-y cookies, with cold, creamy ice cream in the middle!! They go fast!!! You can mix it up with your favorite ice cream. I recommend the cinnamon ice cream, or plain vanilla. And we've even tried Fried Mexican Ice cream!! Use your favorite snickerdoodle recipe...I prefer recipe #138385! I'm including this recipe here. The amounts are approximate, cuz it really depends upon how big your cookies are and how much ice cream you put in the middle.
