    I found this recipe on the Crockpot365 Blogspot. Ther recipe included this note "This is a great whole roasted chicken recipe, and a nice change of pace from the peppery flavor of rotisserie chicken (still a family favorite!). I prefer to cook my sides separately, but if you'd like, you can throw in some potatoes, carrots, and celery for an all-in-one-pot meal. Or, after removing the chicken from the pot, you can cook rice as a side in the pan drippings (this makes amazing rice)."

    I found this recipe on Pinterest. A woman, Mags@theothersideof50 had made one modification to the original recipe and then I made two of my own. Here is the final yummy outcome. The grated chocolate adds another dimension to the cookie that other chocolate chip cookies miss out on. Don't forget to make this dough a day in advance as it must sit in the refrigerator 24-36 hours. Note- when I took the dough out of the refrigerator to cook it, it was too stiff to scoop. I let it sit for 15 minutes and it was just right.

    They made this recipe today on The Chew, 2-12/13. On the show they made a confectioners sugar glaze which they lathered on top of the baked cake and sprinkled the colored sugar in alternating turns to cover the glaze (1 section purple, 1 green and then 1 yellow for each 1/4 of the ring) instead of prior to baking. They put the plastic baby under the baked cake and pressed it into the bottom of the cake for the person to find....whoever finds the baby buys the King Cake for the next year. Prep time is a gusstimate as none was listed. It does not include rise time.

    From today's (2-5-13) The Chew show. Clinton suggested that if you didn't want to make your own caramel, either buying caramel sauce or melting some caramels (ie Kraft). Prep time is a guesstimate as none was listed. My suggestion would be to add mini chocolate chips to the cheesecake batter to make it just that much more chocolatey. Yum!
