This is a perfect summertime addition to your menu planning. It's perfect for brunches, breakfasts, or an appetizer to a light lunch or dinner. I normally get a "What??" reaction before I serve it, but it's always well loved! Recreated after eating this in a restaurant.

Found this recipe in a Gourmet magazine a few years back. A wonderful and creamy combination of flavors. Good warm or cold!

This is fantastic. This was posted on a canning list, and this is a definite staple in my fridge. The best thing about it is that you make it, and it keeps in the fridge for up to 2 months. The taste is fantastic!

A refreshing and different twist on pasta salad. Love the dressing. I have also gotten a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and tossed it in to make a complete meal. Fantastic.

What a great, tasty meal this is. I found this recipe years ago somewhere on the Internet, and it is definitely a staple for us. You can substitute chicken for the pork, if desired. I also make just the sauce and use it as a sweet/sour stir fry sauce. Everyone assembles their own lettuce wraps, which is also fun for kids! Fantastique!

Tried about 5 different beer cheese recipes, and just couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I finally found one on the McCormick website, I believe, that I jazzed up a bit. Wonderful with pretzels!

Found this recipe on a website somewhere, and wow! This is definitely a favorite around my house. What a lovely nibble food to serve guests. Also a wonderful partner with cocktails.

This has got to be one of the easiest and tastiest cobbler recipes I've tried. It literally took me 10 minutes to throw together before it went into the oven. Very simple and delicious.
