Never made this. Tell me how it tastes. What so you suggest in place of flour or any other grain in the recipe? Use less oil an perhaps add eggplant to soak thins up?
I adjusted the recipe to personal preference. I don't know actual prep cook time or servings.
From a blog called Mediterranean Turkish Cook. I took out 1TBSP olive oil because olive oil isn't supposed to be heated at high temps,just added to food from bottle.
I don't actually know amount of servings and cook time but recipe can't be submitted until I add.
