Super yummy! I made these because it was something different and also I could make small sizes to take to work...this makes cake portable! They are PERECT for spring/summer! I tweaked this recipe a little bit, the original is from Betty Crockers Annual Recipies 08 cookbook.
I found this in a Cookshelf: Chicken cookbook, and tried it, because my hubby loves honey mustard so much. It was a hit! The sauce it actually for 8 pieces of chicken, but we liked extra drizzled on top of the chicken after it came out, so it worked out better for 4 pieces. So if you don't want extra sauce on it in the end, go for 8 pieces of chicken.
This recipe is from the Oregon Chai website. I LOVE Oregon Chai- because of course I am from Oregon- but its great really! If you don't have Oregon Chai substitute another brand like TAZO. I haven't tried this yet but wanted to post it so I don't loose it! Cooking time includes crust.
This is out of Southern Living and I thought it sounded really good, but I tend to loose things, so I am posting it here so I know where it will be! You can sub vanilla extract for the paste if thats all you have.
