    From "Traditional Italian Seafood Cusine"

This is simply delicious and smells so good. I've changed the original recipe enough to make this one my own by now. I'm not always able to find Fish Stock so I use Vegetable Stock. I add a lot of Old Bay for extra seasoning but that's because I think Old Bay makes everything better. I'm not putting a measurement down for it because I add it to taste.

Shrimp Gorgonzola. This is from "Traditional Italian Seafood Cuisine".

I got this from "500 Low-Carb Recipes". It does taste somewhat like Caesar but without the clean up, fuss and has less fat. I'm posting ingredients like the cookbook says but I never measure anything and I use what I have on hand. I do let the garlic marinate in the oil. I just add whatever salad goods straight to the bowl then follow the directions for tossing and adding the other ingredients.

This is from Martha Stewart. I've used dried herds and it's still great. This is nice to serve over grilled chicken. I've also eat it alone. It would also be great on crusty bread and served cold on crackers.

This creamy pudding is finished off-creme brulee style-under the broiler. This is not a fast dish but it is so worth it.

This is from Rachael Ray. Gouda is great. I use a grill pan for the chicken and enjoy the chicken alone for a quick low fat meal.

    Recipe #299052

My mom's recipe and my favorite. This will feed the whole family and we like a lot of sauce. To reduce the fat we sometimes combine fat free sour cream and regular.

I choose to make these around x-mas time because they remind me of my grandma.
