Simple, easy and very inexpensive, this is better than the store bought stuff, in my opinion. Adapted from The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook to suit our tastes.

    Recipe #386601

I just started Weight Watchers, and of course I had a craving for something sweet and lovely. This recipe is a mishmash from a milkshake recipe used at a coffee shop I worked at ages ago and Hungry Girl's Cookie-rific Ice Cream Freeze. I've added protein powder and a scoop of fiber powder to add a nutrient kick but you can leave them out; if you do the recipe becomes only 2 Weight Watchers points.

    Recipe #426587

This recipe is crustless because my family prefers it that way, but you can easily add your own if you'd like. Simple and very tasty, the yogurt adds something special, and helps my little one who struggles with non fermented milk to digest easily. Amazingly there is no flour in this recipe, just make sure the spinach isn't runny still before adding it to the other ingredients. Adapted from The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook.
