My Grandma (Grinka!) was an amazing Swede who cooked amazing Italian! LOL Where I grew up if you weren't Swedish, you were Italian, so she must have learned from friends! Anyway, she made this recipe and it was just AMAZING, definitely Italian Garlic Bread, with a Swedish twist (dill) , Everyone RAVES about this... it's the only thing I can serve on Italian night!
I got this off the box of Kelloggs corn flakes- but it actually calls for cocoa krispies! LOL My kids wanted to make this, but oldest needed the box for school, so here it is, on zaar for safe keeping! Guessed on servings/yield because I have never made them before....
Don't let the title fool ya, this recipe is baked! The french fried onions are those things you put on top of green bean casserole! I even found off brand ones at Aldi the other day- so I'm gonna try this with those! I got this out of a magazine and it was an advertisement. I wanted a place to put it so I could print it anytime I wanted to (thanks Zaar for making me lazy!) so I put it in here
This is a modified recipe from a ranch dressing recipe and how my mom and I modify it for me when I go to her house for holidays! I hope all you dairy allergic people enjoy it! Yay! veggie and chip dip!!!
