I am officially addicted to burgers! But not the plain ground beef patties - BORING!! Who says all the good stuff has to go on top of the burger? Since finding some awesome burger recipes on Recipezaar, I've been doing some experimenting on my own. This is my own invention. Warning: measurements are approximate!

    Recipe #231700

This is so tasty I could eat it by the spoonful. The recipe comes from my Kraft What's Cooking Magazine. If at all possible use homemade sundried tomatoes (I used Mirj's recipe #14681 - awesome!), they add so much more flavour.

    Recipe #195688

I did a search and found that there are oodles of recipes for hamburger soup on Recipezaar, but decided to post this one anyway because it's just too good not to share! I had a craving for it one recent rainy day and it sure hit the spot.

    Recipe #133707

And you thought chocolate chip cookies couldn't be improved on! Granola adds extra flavour and crunch to these tasty treats.

    Recipe #120738

This bread smells heavenly when baking!

    Recipe #120736

My own invention. For those of you who love this appetizer at Montana's Restaurant, this is my attempt to clone it. It's not identical, but I think it's pretty close, and very tasty!

    Recipe #118103

I got this recipe from a local magazine called Flavours. I could eat a whole lot of these in one sitting! Prep time does not include time for cooking chicken or mashed potatoes.

    Recipe #117395

This recipe is from the Old El Paso website. I made this for supper tonight and my family loved it (my 18 month old son included!).

    Recipe #117393

These muffins are moist and delicious.

    Recipe #117392

If you like drumstick ice cream treats, this is the cake for you. Cook time is freezing time.

    Recipe #117279

Cookie dough crust with a fudgy filling, what could be better!

    Recipe #117278

Yet another of my mom's delicious recipes that I now make myself. These little treats take a bit of work, but are worth the effort. They also freeze nicely. Prep time does not include refrigeration time for dough.

    Recipe #116874

This is my sister-in-law's recipe that I made for the first time this Valentine's Day, and have since made I don't know how many more batches! It's quite similar (but not identical) to some of the other butter cookie recipes on this website, but I didn't see any others that had a recipe for icing (and I just can't imagine them without)!!

    Recipe #116873

This tasty topping is great spread on buns and broiled in the oven or as a filling in pie irons. It freezes well. It is also easy to adapt this recipe to include your favourite pizza toppings. You can make ham and pineapple, pepperoni and mushroom etc.

    Recipe #116871

My own invention! Made them for the first time for supper tonight and my hubby loved them.

    Recipe #116870

The cooked dressing for this salad will remind you of candy apples (thus the name!). Kids and adults alike love this salad. Prep time does not include cooling time.

    Recipe #116869

All the flavour of butter tarts with less fuss. Gooey and delicious!

    Recipe #116867

Simple and tasty. A great way to use up leftover ham.

    Recipe #116860

Creamy and delicious! Please note that if you are using any kind of broth in place of the water, you will want to decrease the salt accordingly :)

    Recipe #116851

You've heard of jalapeno poppers, now try dill pickle poppers! We tried these for the first time at Razzoo's Cajun Restaurant in Dallas, TX and loved them. When I came across this recipe in Taste of Home magazine, I knew I had to try it. Serve with ranch dressing or if you like spice, try the recipe for jalapeno mayonnaise included here.
