At a recent restaurant visit, I came across a grilled cheese sandwich that was similar to this. I have adapted it to make it a little healthier. It's quick, easy, and good.

Ok, I dislike Italian Dressing (a lot) so, my brother-in-law shared this recipe with me and I loved it so much, I kept it. Not sure where he got it from. I just love the dressing because it is a lot smoother tasting than Italian dressing from the supermarket. Also, this is great for picnics/lunches because it does not contain any mayo and you can leave the cheese out.

    Recipe #142695

This is a quick and easy way to turn cheap canned biscuits into yummy garlic bread. I learned this recipe as a way to demonstrate non-stick cookware but have kept it in my arsenal of menu choices for my friends and family. Please note, to use this recipe you need cookware that can go in a 350 degree (F) oven.

    Recipe #134629

A local fast-food restaurant by me sells a pretty good chopped salad but, I got tired of paying $7 for a salad. So, I did what I could to make the recipe my own. My sister actually likes mine better and said I should post it. So here is the recipe for my soon-to-be famous chopped salad.

    Recipe #134626

This is a quick, easy, and refreshing dinner that I think is pretty healthy (contains veggies and fiber and can be made pretty low in fat). Although I did get the original recipe from the Moosewood Low Fat Favorites cookbook, I have altered this recipe through the years to meet our tastes. The best thing about this recipe is it can be altered to use whatever crisp veggies you have on hand and whatever spices you prefer. This recipe is also great as a leftover so do not be afraid to make ahead and store in your fridge.
