This is my favorite turkey casserole. Chicken can be substituted. Great for left over Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey. I found this recipe many years ago in a newspaper. My sons especially liked the cheese topping so I used to double the topping ingredients. Whether I serve it at home or bring out, I always get compliments and often asked for the recipe.
These muffins are always a welcome treat when zucchini are in season. My co-workers always looked forward to these muffins each fall. They are easy, tasty, and makes a big batch. I like the Texas size.
This is one recipe we make quite often. I found this recipe in Taste of Home. The original recipe calls for cooking in a skillet on the stove, but I also bake it in the oven. Same great tasting end result. I reduce the amount of red pepper flakes because we don't like it too hot. I serve it with rice and vegetables. The baking time may differ depending on the size of the thighs.
My husband brought this recipe home from a co-worker years ago. Although a basic recipe, this cake is always a hit wherever I bring it. Even those who do not like raspberries, comment on how they like this cake much to their surprise. I also make it with frozen raspberries not thawed. I use my own icing recipe, which is included. I prefer to use butter.
