    Pecan-Crusted Salmon
    Handle

This recipe is from Betty Crocker. You can either use your contact grill or bake it in the oven. The salmon stays moist and is delicious.

    Recipe #500644

    Select
Walnut Chicken With Dijon Cream Sauce
    Handle

This is a Betty Crocker recipe. There is a little prep work involved so start a good hour or so before you plan to eat. It's well worth the wait. I think any kind of a sauce would be good with this.

    Recipe #500579

    Select
    Garlic Chicken
    Handle

I got this recipe off of the Dynasty Site. Instead of zucchini I used broccoli and I also used regular long grain rice. It turned out very well regardless. Easy and fast to make.

    Recipe #494635

    Select
    Poor Man's Lobster Thermidore
    Handle

This recipe has been sitting in my "To Try" recipe file for about a year. I finally got around to trying it and was so glad I didn't have to share this meal with anyone but myself. Sooo Good! I got this recipe from Cooks.com unfortunately the person who submitted this forgot to include the directions. So I winged it. Sure hope you enjoy this as much as I did. You can use any kind of white fish. I used catfish fillets and it was excellent. I did alter the recipe for my taste. Food.com does not recognize the phrase cooking wine but that is what I use.

    Recipe #494565

    Recipe #491536

Western Sammy With Cheese for GT Xpress Machine
    Handle

This is not your average Western sandwich. The crispiness of the roll really makes it.

    Recipe #491535

    Select
Stuff Soup for GT Xpress Machine
    Handle

I have not tried this recipe yet but I definitely will try in the near future. I'm thinking this could be used as an on the go food or serve with some gravy over it for a side meal. Either way sounds good.

    Recipe #491533

    Select
Chicken Cordon Bleu for the GT Express 101 Machine
    Handle

Fast and easy and taste great. Just put it in you GT Express, close the lid and 20 minutes later Done! Makes enough for two people or 2 servings for one person.

A great sandwich for your GT Express machine. Quick and easy. Just enough for 2 people. Cut the recipe in half and make it for one person.

    Recipe #491497

Breakfast Hash for Your GT Express 101 Maker
    Handle

I love my GT Express 101. Meals are so easy and fast to make and taste so good too. This hash is good for breakfast or brunch or even supper when you're running short on time.

    Recipe #491495

    Select
    Scramble Eggs Nievre
    Handle

This is from a man who was the White House chef (Rene Verdon) during the Kennedy years. Easy to make and taste great too.

    Recipe #491335

    Select
    Ceamed Chinese Cabbage
    Handle

I got this recipe from the Chinese Cookery cookbook. This Shanghai Chinese cabbage is delicious. Left overs are easy to reheat. Any kind of green cabbage will work in this recipe.

    Recipe #488641

    Select
    Oktoberfest Bake
    Handle

I found this in the "Aldi" flyer and website. I wasn't too sure about making this but I thought what the heck I'll give it a try. Glad I did. Smelled good while cooking and tasted great. I didn't have an apple and I used cheddar cheese instead of Swiss. When the Spaetzle was done I chopped into smaller pieces. My neighbor came over after supper and couldn't stop saying "mmmm that smells good".

    Recipe #487290

    Select
    Carrots Newberg
    Handle

Another recipe from "The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Book". Delish! This is so easy to make. If you want something just a little different to try with your carrots I hope you try this one. There are no strange ingredients in this recipe and you probably have everything on hand. I used regular milk as I had no cream but it worked just fine. I love onions so I used more onions.

    Recipe #487136

    Select
    Baked Cabbage and Fresh Tomatoes
    Handle

I found this in "The Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Cook Book". Well I had some fresh cabbage and fresh tomatoes I needed to use up, found this recipe to try. Wow was it good. It was even better the next day. I didn't have any marjoram on hand so I omitted it. It still tasted great and don't think I'll use next time either.

    Recipe #487057

    Select
    Spicy Golden Beets
    Handle

These golden beets are roasted in the oven. They taste like candy and I sometimes eat them straight from the oven before they even make it to the table. When I make a smaller portion I just sprinkle on the cumin, paprika and parsley until I think it'll taste good.

    Recipe #484065

    Select
    Sesame Chicken
    Handle

Got this recipe from the Dynasty website. The Chinese Five-Spice powder gives it that extra bite you're looking for. If you don't have Mirin (Mirin is a sweet rice wine) you can substitute 1 Tb dry sherry +1/2 tsp sugar or white wine + sugar to taste. Hope you enjoy! Serve this with rice or noodles. It doesn't make very much sauce so I would double the sauce. You don't want the rice soaked in sauce just coated with the sauce.

    Recipe #482536

    Select
    Chicken Mushroom Stir-Fry
    Handle

Got this from the Dynasty website. Use whatever vegetables you like, it's the sauce that makes this dish. Serve it over rice. If I happen to have left over rice I just throw that right in with the veggies/sauce mix. I've used a pkg. of stir fry veggies with the noodles in it and served this over white rice. Yummy! I'm just guessing on the prep time as I use fresh mushrooms. I do not know how long you have to soak dried mushrooms.

    Recipe #481722

    Select
    Hash Brown Patty Au Gratin
    Handle

I got this recipe from a 1987 Cookbook Digest. This recipe is just right for one or two people. Use a frozen hash brown patty to make this tasty potato dish. Easy enough for a teenager or preteen to make. You can add other things to your liking. Fresh chives or cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan cheese is good also.
