This sauce is a creation of my own. I wanted to make a sweet and mildly spicy/tangy sauce for pork chops. It's easy to make, and it smells and tastes delicious! My dad loved it so much that he didn't even use barbecue sauce (which is usually a staple item for him no matter what meat we eat)! Note: When the chops are done, use the leftover sauce in the pan as a dipping sauce or just pour it over the chops on your plate!
This recipe came from out of the blue. I had some leftovers in the fridge and decided to whip up something tasty! This recipe makes rather rich crab cakes, so a little is a lot! The tarter sauce is always a nice touch and is also extremely easy to mix up. Note: you can estimate everything!
