I have taken many of their cooking classes which were SO fun! They have stopped doing them in my area much to my sadness because they were great ! This salad is REALLY good.
It is truly worth the effort but must be put together at the last minute so the tomatoes are warm.
I am a calamari lover !!! I begged Jeff for years to make this in his culinary classes but it took him 2 years to finally give it up. This is the best calamari you will ever eat and I am SO glad I can finally make it at home and impress friends and family. Thanks Jeff !!!
When I cannot find calamari steaks, I buy a 10 oz box of Trader Joe's lightly breaded calamari rings and it is still awesome .. Enjoy !!!
Another great recipes from Jeff's culinary classes that I took ! I make this alot and I love it because I can make it the day before and it last for days after making it,if there is any left.I use dried cranberries instead of the raisins, but thats the great thing about this recipe, you can change it to what ever you prefer.
I found this on Teri's Kitchen web site that I frequent often. You can use turkey in place of the chicken and it is just as good. This is a great recipe to use up left over chicken or turkey and is vary easy to make on those weekday nights when you don't know what to make for dinner !!
This is from one of my sisters! She is an awesome cook and this was from a community cookbook she helped put together from 1988 !! It is still a favorite with our families! You do not have to add the shrimp ( I have a shell fish allergy ) but can substitute 1/2 cup finely diced mushrooms as I do.
Maybe it's because I have my grandmother's cast iron skillet that makes this SO good! I Love cornbread and my fellow of 10 years LOVES this recipe. I got it off Allrecipes but have done a few changes.. Enjoy!
When my girls were young, they could not eat a taco without breaking the shell and having a mess! I started making them pita bread sandwiches and they loved them. Adults like them also. Very easy and a quick meal on weekdays when time is short.
This is one of those recipes you can't even remember where it came from, you have had it so long !!! All I know is that I have made this for holidays, birthdays, wedding showers, baby showers, you name it !!!! Frozen Italian meatballs from the freezer makes this a must have recipe.
The original recipe is from Allrecipes.I have made changes to this and this is truly one of my favorite recipes!! With the calories this has, I hate to even say I like the Ronzoni smart taste or Dreamfield pasta !! Once you see the calories it's like " why bother "? But at least in my mind, I think I am doing myself a favor !!Daughter # 2 just called me yesterday for the recipe so she could make it for her sister's who are coming for dinner.
