    Got this recipe from a friend at work. Whenever we have a "cook in" at work, she always brings the fruit and fruit dip. I can eat this without the fruit it is soooo good. You can experiment with different flavored cream cheese. I used pineapple this time. You could use raspberry, strawberry, whatever floats your boat. Enjoy. Cook time is chill time.

    This recipe came about at the last minute on Memorial Day. I needed something to take a to a barbeque, but didn't want to go to the store. My husband suggested shells, tuna and peas, all things we had on hand. I thought, ewww, sounds gross in the heat, but, I whipped it together. It was a huge hit. So much so our kids, my sisters and niece request it frequently. I'm estimating the measurements for the dressing, as I don't usually measure.

    I like this salad because it's not a heavy "italian dressing" type pasta salad. I use the whole wheat couscous, but, you can use regular.     Posting here for safe keeping. From Wegman's Menu Magazine Summer 2009. The original recipe called for it to be baked in the oven for the entire time. I prefer cooking it on the grill after I partially bake it in the oven. The chicken needs to marinate in the refrigerator at least 6 hours.
