Easy, quick and delish!! Healthy supper or lunch with minimal effort and maximum flavour.

    Recipe #448291

Winter evenings call for this replenishing comfort food. I used red wine when I had no white wine to hand and the results were even better than my original recipe!

    Recipe #447180

Tasty, moist & sweet muffins using coconut milk in place of oil/butter/buttermilk. My first batch disappeared within ten minutes! Delicious served on their own or with a butter-cream frosting on top.

    Recipe #431534

Simple classic roast chicken with orange segments and a sprinkle of rosemary giving a moist, fruity result.

    Recipe #429954

Rich, indulgent, creamy baked cheescake with fresh raspberries. Worth the effort. Taken from the GFN (I think it's an Ina Garten recipe) but tweaked to own specifications. Enjoy!

    Recipe #416815

A variation of the traditional Pineapple Upside-Down Cake (which can be found here

    Recipe #414513

I was taught how to cook this when I was a child by a Chinese guest who was staying in our home to learn English. She used to cook this for my family once a week as "her treat" and i'll always remember the aroma in the kitchen along with the feeling of utter gluttony after having eaten way too much! I only came across the recipe recently, after having completely forgotten about it! Enjoy!

    Recipe #414446

A delicious, tasty & simple quiche that I created when I needed to use up lots of veg.

    Recipe #410401

DELICIOUS! Chicken breasts filled with a mushroom & rosemary stuffing and wrapped in parma ham. Perfect served on a bed of garlic mash with a caramelized onion or herb gravy. Few ingredients - simple to make - superb taste!

    Recipe #408991

Super recipe! Moist, sweet & filled with flavour. Definitely the best upside down cake i've made/tasted so far! The cinnamon is optional, as is the pineapple juice but I find it really adds something extra to the cake. I just made one and my OH and I are about to go into a sugar-induced coma - one slice just wasnt enough!

    Recipe #408537

A dish that evolved after a failed attempt at something else for my OH. It is tasty, filling and easily made with staple ingredients that every fridge or cupboard has lying within it! It has almost the consistency of a risotto with the spicy taste of a biryani. If anyone can suggest a good name for this dish, please let me know! Enjoy.

    Recipe #408455

Creamy & delicious - I'm not a fan of parsnips but this soup is good! If you fancy an extra little kick, add a touch of curry powder (Curried Parsnip & Honey Soup!) but I prefer it without! Enjoy!

    Recipe #389048

Simple, delicious & fluffy muffins. Tip: Blending the wet ingredients in a food processor / blender yields nicer muffins!

    Recipe #388320

This is a wholesome soup with a nice kick to it. Great served with crusty bread or croutons.

    Recipe #388156

This has to be the best home-made chicken curry I have tasted / made. It's a recipe that a friend gave me after she made it for a dinner party. Since said party, almost all guests have either asked for the recipe or have asked her to make it for them. It's not your average curry - it's like a cross between a Korma and a Tikka Masala. Tip: I once used reduced-fat coconut milk to save on calories etc but it really didnt taste as good as it does with the full fat stuff! So dont cut corners! You can also vary the amount of chilli you put in to suit your personal taste! The following recipes serves 4 people.
