This decedent adventure reminds me of Mae West's quote "When I'm good, I'm very good, but when I'm bad, I'm better" NOT good for you, but easy, and oh so good!!!

I was dying for a sweet sauce and craving curry, so I threw this together. My family swooned over it! We poured it over Jasmine rice and stir-fried vegetables. Yummy! It is adaptable for any cut of chicken cooked with any method. It's the last part of the cooking that counts!!

This recipe was something I fixed as a 'cop out' salad for a fancy dinner party I was having. Turned out to be one of the biggest hits of the night!! Use whatever vegetables you like. Cook time is marinade time.

This was my favorite chicken when I was a child over 30 years ago. It calls for "Funya" bean curd (a fermented tofu product) which can be found at asian markets. This is a key ingredient, and well worth the search. Cook time does not include marinating time.

This is a tasty breakfast/snack item that can be put together in minutes! It was my daughters (Tia) favorite breakfast when she was little. She now makes it for her kids, and enjoys it still.

I love this tea. It's very refreshing. The "tea" in this case refers to the infusion process used.

I found this in a magazine in a doctors office. I love it because you can use any ingredients you happen to have on hand! For vegetarian, omit kielbasa and use vegetable broth in place of chicken broth.

    Recipe #87520

This is the recipe my mother used. It's rather labor intensive, but it's the real thing. And completely worth it.

    Recipe #494318

After much looking around and modifications, this is the recipe that I love the most. I use my kitchenaid for it. Cooking time does not include mixing or rising time.

I hunted down this recipe after seeing it on Nigella Bites. Looks great, and easy. I hope to try it very soon. Cooking time does not include marinating time.

Paula Deen's recipe for a genuine southern treat.

    Recipe #117098

This is cheap, easy and fun! Use your imagination when applying this, and create something unique. I've used paper towels with swirling motions, up and down strokes etc. Next time I think I'm going to use a small paint brush and some stencils.
