This is so tastey and good for you too! If you use the low-fat or non-fat versions of the ingredients, you can have lunch for only 109 calories and no net carbs! I got this recipe from The Better Homes and Gardens New Dieter's Cookbook. Cooking time is chilling time.

    Recipe #171787

This is another great recipe I found in the New Dieter's Cookbook from Better Homes & Gardens. We had this for supper last night and enjoyed it very much. I substituted lean ground beef for the steak and it tasted wonderful. We like to garnish this with a dallop of light sour cream and some pico de gallo. If you like a little kick, you might try some Tobasco sauce like I do.

    Recipe #151229

I got this wonderful recipe from one of my favorite cook books, New Dieter's Cookbook from Better Homes & Gardens. It's low in calories, but tastes like a guilty pleasure! When I make it, I double the broth, milk, and flour to make it more soupy and less chunky.

    Recipe #151228

I got this recipe out of The New Dieter's Cookbook. It is chock full of lo-cal versions of our favorite classics. My family loved this dish and we didn't miss the calories at all!

    Recipe #131514

Anytime I go to a party or picnic, this dessert loaf is always requested. I took 8 mini-loaves to my husband's office Thanksgiving dinner and one of his partners took home four of them! This recipe came from my friend, who got it from her aunt. I entered '2 loaves' for number of servings. I hope that's right; I usually use mini-loaf pans. This is a very moist bread!! Do not overcook.

    Recipe #130011

I got this recipe from a Betty Crocker e-mail. The picture is from them also. Cooking time includes cooling time.

    Recipe #129876

Saw this prepared on Go Ahead Make My Dinner on the Discovery Channel. Posting here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #129734

There was a recipe similar to this one in the February 2002 issue of Woman's Day magazine. It looked pretty tasty, but I changed a few things to better suit my family's tastes.

    Recipe #128803

Oh, yum! This is just too easy. I got this recipe out of The Everyday Low-Carb Slow-Cooker Cookbook.

    Recipe #128700

I got the original recipe from the Food & Family magazine by Kraft, but I tweaked it a bit to adjust to my family's taste. I made this for our Independence Day barbeque and, as you can see from the picture, it looks great sitting on the table!

    Recipe #128675

This is really good to warm to soul in the winter.

    Recipe #125593

These sticky-sweet wings are on the menu for my son's birthday party this weekend. The recipe comes from a crockpot cookbook.

    Recipe #125592

There are alot of ingredients, and this takes all day to cook, but MAN IS IT WORTH IT! This sauce tastes good over pasta, clams, or as a bread dip. My family just gobbles it up.

    Recipe #125591

This comes from Meals.com. I can not wait to try this one! I think I'll put it on next week's meal plan. Prep time is boiling time for tortellini, and cook time is refrigeration time.

    Recipe #125327

I found this recipe in the Kraft Food & Family Magazine, Summer 2005 issue. It looks like something the kids could make with a little help from mom or dad.

    Recipe #125104

I got this recipe from the Summer 2005 issue of Kraft Food & Family magazine. I can't wait to try this one!

    Recipe #125043

I found this is the May 2005 issue of Shape magazine. I made it for supper last night and it was great! My 10-year-old had three helpings, but my other kids weren't big fans of it. It's definitely a grown-up dish. Just a note, I doubled the amount of avacado and used imitation crab meat.
