I had a whole bag of pecans and a lot of free time on my hands. You'll never look at broccoli the same way again! Being anemic, this recipe provides a lot of much needed iron for us ladies! It has a wonderful flavor, and a nice texture from the crunchy pecans! This would be fantastic to add to some tri-colored pasta with some Parmesan cheese! Yum!

A strange recipe I made on the fly one night while home alone! Not quite a stew, but it always reminds me of a stew. Hearty, and perfect on a cold winter night!

A yummy classic! Sweet Peach Iced Tea! This tasty, cool, refreshing treat is sure to quench any thirst! Filled with a fresh peach taste, that will remind of you a lazy summer day, long after summers' past! To Serve: Dip the rim of a tall ice tea glass with peach syrup, then dip in granulated sugar! Top it off with a peach slice affixed to the rim, and some ice cubes and Enjoy!

A very easy recipe that can be made in a split if you've got some take out white rice around! I make this for myself for lunch and I can't get enough. Feel free to add any other veggies you'd like! Some fresh bell peppers would be really nice.

    Recipe #390094

An old secret recipe that can be used for anything! dressings for salads and slaws, or sauces for burgers! Marinate some chicken or pork in it for a nice tangy treat! If using as a marinade for chicken, I find it helps to use more EVOO than normal, it helps keep the chicken moist. This dressing will hold in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, but is best when used within 24hrs.
