I got this from 101cookbooks.com and it sounds interesting. A great way to perk up some sparkling water. It also says you can drink it straight but it is quite strong. It freezes well in baggies or ice cube trays. Cooking time is cooking and cooling time.
I got this from one of those recipe cards at the grocery store. It uses italian dressing and some cream cheese. I included the fat free ingredients but you could easily use the regular versions. You could also sub in any white fish fillet for the tilapia.
I like lighter dressings that stay as close as possible to the whole food, not using fat free versions of everything. They end up tasting artificial to me. You can easily replace the fresh herbs with a half quantity of dried.
