    The best muffins I have ever tasted and the only way I enjoying consuming coffee. Even the cream cheese spread made with them is incredible just by itself. These are super easy to make and you can add your own fun twists to them easily ("frosting" them with the spread and decorating them or filling the muffins with the spread works well!). Make sure you keep the spread refrigerated as the cream cheese in it can spoil easy. Don't plan on piping the spread with a frosting tip unless you thin it out and leave the chocolate chips out as it will be too thick. Enjoy! :]
