The best muffins I have ever tasted and the only way I enjoying consuming coffee. Even the cream cheese spread made with them is incredible just by itself. These are super easy to make and you can add your own fun twists to them easily ("frosting" them with the spread and decorating them or filling the muffins with the spread works well!). Make sure you keep the spread refrigerated as the cream cheese in it can spoil easy. Don't plan on piping the spread with a frosting tip unless you thin it out and leave the chocolate chips out as it will be too thick. Enjoy! :]

    Recipe #398862

The softest, chewiest, sweetest oatmeal cookies with the decadent addition of toffee bits. One thing to consider before making this recipe is that the cookies are a tab bit thin and are not sturdy. I still need to alter it, but if you make the dough balls a little taller and less round, they should turn out just fine. The flavor is AMAZING. Recipe from "The Cookie Bible" cookbook.

    Recipe #398853

Everyone has those nights where they just want to curl up with a movie and a bowl of ice cream or cookie dough. This cookie dough is perfect for doing so- it is low in salt, quick to whip up, and tastes absolutely delicious frozen. Homemade cookie dough is wonderful on top of all kinds of desserts, too. (When making cookie dough that is not being baked, leave out the eggs and substitute them with a little water if needed to avoid the chance of getting Salmonella.)

These chocolate chip bars are the softest, thickest, chewiest cookies you will ever taste. They're perfect for those who hate crunchy cookies and crave the warm, soft bakery kind. They can even be frosted but taste absolutely wonderful just plain and can be made very quickly. I brought them to school once and everyone enjoyed them. Therefore, I thought I'd post this yummy recipe for you all to have! Cookbook: Mrs. Fields Cookie Book

These feathery, moist, fudgey cupcakes are the all time chocolate lovers favorite. Relatively easy to make, healthy, and satisfying, these cupcakes are sure to be a hit with kids, at a party, or just to satisfy your own chocolate craving. (Recipe was originally a cake recipe. To make as a cake bake for 30-35 minutes in two 9x 1.5- inch round greased baking pans.) Note: These cupcakes are light and fluffy so piping frosting on them instead of spreading generally works easier with less possibility of crumbling. This recipe comes from Better Homes and Gardens CHOCOLATE cookbook. It has been a family favorite for birthday cakes for years!
