I found this recipe on an internet forum - inventer unknown. It is a boiled fruit loaf- super easy, and can all be mixed in the one pot. It is well liked by children and adults, and is nice with butter (not fat free!)
Aparently if cut into 15 slices, 1 slice = 1.5 weight watchers points.
This is great made with gluten free flour, it is also vegan.
The basis for this filling and portable breakfast is rolled oats, and soy (or rice, or nut ) milk. Everything else is up to you! Dried fruit, nuts, coconut threads, grated apple.. you choose.

This is a yummy, easy to make and healthy meal. You could add extra ingredients, experiment with different seasonings.. make an extra big pot and freeze some for another day!
