I had so many tomatoes from my garden, I did not know what to do with them. I could make salsa but I have nothing to spice it up with. Found pickled jalapenos in my frig and decided to try it. It was delicious. You can use more pickled jalapenos if you want it hotter, but this is perty dern hot.
Watched a documentary about the "MUFFULETTA SANDWICH" Had to try it. Wasnt sure about all the ingredients, they were trying to keep it a secret. Done some research on the sandwich, and the famous olive spread and came up with this
Came up with this dip from an "accident" during cooking. Is very good and quite different from the popular "ROTEL dip made with Velveeta" Try it and let me know what you think. Would love your opinion on how to make it better. Do you think fresh cilantro would be good?
