    These are the fluffiest & yummiest rolls! You will think you are in heaven! They contain potato, lemon zest and orange juice! I make a double batch of these every year at Thanksgiving time. We eat them at the "feast" and then we eat them all week with the leftovers! Then they are gone and we have to wait for more next Thanksgiving!

    I changed around an old recipe of mine for beef stew to get this delicious concoction! I sauteed the onions and garlic in bacon fat and then browned the stew meat pieces in it as well. I had a 1/4 Merlot left over so I added that. YUMMY!

    This recipe is really delicious and so easy to prepare! The chicken juices mix with the butter and give the potatoes such a wonderful flavor and crunch. I make it with a mix of thighs (with the skin and bone-in - cut in half) and boneless breasts. The dark meat and skin/bones give the dish a great chicken flavor that is missing with just boneless breasts. This is also great with sweet/hot Italian sausages (with or without the chicken)
