These Asian-Style Turkey Burgers are great, if you are opting out of cooking up a storm for Thanksgiving! They are easy to prepare, moist and flavorful. I serve then on a 100 calorie Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, made by Arnold.

These are my most favorite cookies. I bake them for holidays and special occasions. My family absolutely loves them as well. If you read the ingredients, you might not be able to envision how decadent these really are. They are very light and flaky, resemble a puff pastry, and practically melt in your mouth. You can use them plain, or fill them with special frosting. They taste great either way, but of course are much richer with the filling. For picture and step-by-step preparation, please check out my blog:

These crescents are not very sweet, but light and flaky in texture, and the jam centers make them that much more delightful. I used the Solo Apricot filling, but the Almond flavor is also a very good choice for variation. This recipe was passed on to me by a friends who bakes without written recipes, and put a lot of effort to give me the ingredients and preparation directions. If you would like to see a picture of the finished product, please check it out on my blog:

This is a very quick and tasty way to turn simple can of tuna fish into a warm meal for dinner, lunch, or snack. I like to have a kosher pickle (or Claussen pickle) to crunch on with these tuna melts. As always, if you want to see a picture of this dish, please check out:

This a very tasty non-alcoholic punch, great for St. Patrick's Day party, for designated drivers, kids, and those who do not care so much for beer.

    Recipe #376337

This dip resembles a Taco Dip, but is much creamier and flavorful. I received many positive reviews on it, from the attendees at our last party. It keeps on calling to can't have it just once! You can also use 14 oz of ready made guacamole paste from your deli, instead of making your own. Best served with bite size, or scoops, Tortilla chips.

This is a great vegetarian recipe with lots of flavor. You can use brown rice for a healthier version, instead of the traditional white rice. Also a great recipe for lent season on meatless Fridays. See picture on :

I never thought pasta could be so easy to make until I tied this recipe. Easy, fast and a large quantity from few ingredients. I like to serve this pasta with my Ukrainian Halushky recipe posted on this site at well. My children love just the pasta alone with onions sauteed in butter.

    Recipe #376039

My mother-in-law loved making this dish during lent, on meatless Fridays. My husband liked them creamier, so he would mix in 1 Tbs. of sour cream to his plate of Halushky. They are quick and tasty. I often would make my own pasta.

    Recipe #376035

This very dainty pastry is simple, quick and loved by everyone, especially children, as finger food. Not very rich and not too sweet either. My mom always made these for us,and now I make them for my granddaughter. If you wish to see how to twist them go to my website:

This cake is so easy to assemble, since all the ingredients are ready made. The most time consuming task is the unwrapping of the ice cream sandwiches. If you want to see a picture of this cake you may got to:

It takes only 5 minutes to prepare, and it is packed with multiple high-nutrient foods, which fill you up, and taste great. I like to add 1-2 tsp. of ground flax seeds for additional nutrition.
