This is a recipe I adapted from a flatbread recipe by Bobby Flay. Easy to make of you have pockets of time in the afternoon! I bake mine on a pizza stone, but you can use a pizza pan or even a cookie sheet.
This is the easiest way to make homemade yogurt! It will be nice and thick like Greek yogurt because of the added powdered milk. You can also warm the milk in the microwave. Just stir it every couple of minutes until it reaches 185 degrees F.
This is my version of my favorite dish at the Spaghetti Factory restaurant. I started making this at home because the nearest restaurant is an hour away! Now I like my version better than the restaurant's! Myzithra cheese is a dry sheep's milk cheese. You can adjust the amount of cheese to your liking: it is very salty. This is one of my kids' all-time favorite dinners.
