This is a creation I came up with because I was bored with plain cream cheese frosting. I had made a apple spice cake and wanted something to match and not be too cheesy tasting. If it's too runny, just add more powdered sugar till consistency you like.

    Recipe #464948

Much like what you order at Cracker Barrel. Yummy!

    Recipe #375221

This is a rich chocolate frosting with a hint of cream cheese flavor. It is not overly sweet and will not overpower any cake that you have baked. If you are looking for something nice and sweet but not over the top, this is the recipe for you. I came up with this for that reason for me. I don't like milk chocolate frosting or anything extrememly heavy because I make my cake light and flavorful and do not want to hide that.

    Recipe #404489

These are the richest most decadent cookies you'll ever taste. This is my recipe that has been tested and made over and over again. Every time they are perfect. Please only have one because there is so much sugar, you might go into a coma. :)

    Recipe #375241

This came from a cookbook from a Chef I worked for. We tweaked it to make it our own. We made this every day. People would come in to work and run in the kitchen for a small taste. They couldn't go the day without it. It's a little involved, but well worth it.

    Recipe #375210

This bisque has apparently been served for many generation in Charleston. I aquired it from an old recipe book from Charleston. It contains all recipes that plantationers ate. You could probably switch to Shrimp Bisque by adding shrimp instead of oysters and making a little shrimp stock instead of the oyster liquor.

    Recipe #375182

These do not contain Biscuit Mix in the recipe. I don't have enough room in my kitchen for all those shorcut staples people keep, so I make everything totally from scratch. These are just as easy as the others. This is my recipe. If you don't have buttermilk, use 1 tsp vinegar to the cup then fill rest of way with milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. To the person who just reviewed my recipe. So sorry I meant 3 tsps. Please try again. I did fix it for any future people looking at this.

    Recipe #375205

This is a very good stew that cooks all day in your crock pot. You can eat it as soon as it is hot if you don't have a crockpot, but it's better that way. You just dump all the ingredients and go to work, come home and eat.

    Recipe #375215

This is so savory and warming. It's not too spicy for kids. I made mine in a crockpot and let it simmer for a few hours so when my Hubby and son got home, they could have food. The software made me choose the weight of the sazon seasoning, but it's just two packets. It will come in a box. The Sofrito is a foil pouch of a tomato paste type sauce. You can make your own if you search for it. I hope you enjoy as much as me and my husband did.

    Recipe #458485

This is a recipe I came up with because I really wanted to see a chocolate shortbread cookie with cream cheese in the center and covered with caramel and nuts. It's not really difficult, but oh so worth it. If you want to dazzle people with a decadent looking and tasting cookie, then look no more.

    Recipe #427867

Simple yet so delicious! Great for cold winter nights, or when you want good food fast and affordably.
