I got this out of the new Kraft What's Cooking magazine. The picture looked wonderful, but the recipe seemed too simple - I didn't really think that it would be all that good. Well, the picture was right - an amazingly good, simple dish. I suggest adding extra potatoes as we fought over them!
This is from that same African cookbook. This works for OAMC as well. Make according to directions, cover and freeze, and then reheat in oven at 350 for about 1 hour. Prep time includes marinating time.
Another recipe from that African cookbook. And another BIG hit with my family. This would work for OAMC as well - I make it according to directions, cover and freeze, and then reheat in oven at 350° until done - about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
I found this recipe in Kraft's 'What's Cooking' magazine. I made it tonight and it was a real hit. The original recipe suggests four different jello and fruit combinations: strawberry jello with chopped fresh strawberries, orange jello with canned drained mandarin oranges, lemon jello with fresh blueberries, or lime jello with fresh raspberries.
I found this recipe in a Kraft What's Cooking magazine. Shepherd's Pie is one of my husband's all-time favourite dishes and I love new ways to make things healthier, so I made a double recipe and brought to a friend's place as she had just had a baby, and everybody loved it - there were no leftovers. Even the young, finicky toddlers gobbled it up.
I found this recipe in Kraft's 'What's Cooking' magazine, and this is such an easy recipe - perfect for hurried nights! And it tastes great, too - I have a very finicky toddler and an even finickier husband (who hates all tomato products except ketchup) and both LOVED this!
