I noticed that while there were several pork parmagiana recipes on Food.com, there was nothing without breadcrumbs for those of us needing gluten free/low carb. Here's a very quick crumb-less alternative I cooked up which was pretty low-calorie but still passed the husband and son taste test!

    Recipe #509656

Something I threw together as a side-dish: I love cheesy veggies but didn't want that stodgy white-cheese-sauce kind of feeling weighing me down. This was pronounced delicious by the whole family!

    Recipe #507329

Found on another recipe site, storing here for easy access as it's a family staple! Our toddler doesn't care for pumpkin mash or pieces but loves this creamy (but no cream involved) pasta, as do his parents!

    Recipe #481437

A delicious Mediterranean-inspired treat - makes a nice entree or light lunch, or as a side with your favourite steak.

    Recipe #471737

    Chunky, hearty and wholesome!

    Recipe #464883

Easy little winter dinner for slow-cooker.

    Recipe #464880

A Coles winter recipe by Curtis Stone. Takes a long time, but worth it!

    Recipe #461336

Easy and filling option for leftover turkey after the holidays.

    Recipe #457512

A great recipe for pork chops for your slow cooker/crockpot - tender and flavoursome! I serve with white rice and green beans.

    Recipe #457511

This ground beef stew is hearty, delicious, flexible, and really REALLY easy!

    Recipe #453062

A departing colleague brought this into work for her last morning tea with us - it was so decadently divine she was banned from leaving until she'd shared her recipe!

    Recipe #431926

My dad used to call this "Brazillian Rice" when we were growing up - I've taken this recipe from when he was a kid in Brazil, and adapted it for a low-sodium diet.

    Recipe #421705

Slightly unusual sweet muffin recipe - but very tasty! Substitute regular baking powder and salted butter if you prefer. Best type of pumpkin for this is butternut, but the first time I tried it with some leftover from a massive Queensland Blue my dad grew for me, it was still pretty good.

    Recipe #412164

We make our burger patties from scratch rather than buying the pre-made supermarket variety, as they're too salty for me. This recipe ramps up the flavour by trading the salt for a variety of either fresh or dried herbs instead. These are good on turkish breadrolls or ciabatta rolls with salad of your choice.

    Recipe #411879

Great recipe perfect for those 'keep-in-the-freezer' overrripe bananas, I cut mine to muesli-bar sized bars, but equally this would make a great slice (ice with melted chocolate if feeling naughty!)

    Recipe #411878

Great sports party food, or a light dinner served with white rice. adjust the chilli and cayenne pepper amounts to suit your taste for hot and spicy!

    Recipe #411877

Delicious and tender winter stew, with almost no sodium - winner! I like to serve mine with rice.

    Recipe #411596

Very simple delicious pineapple muffins - my recipe uses no-sodium baking powder, but if you're not on a low-sodium diet you can use the regular stuff. Use a can of crushed pineapple somewhere between 500-600g (about 20 ounces)

    Recipe #411224

Delicious low-sodium gingerbread muffins (although a bit complex). My recipe features low-salt baking powder, but you can make a regular-sodium version with plain baking powder.

    Recipe #411222

Very simple white bread recipe for breadmaker (if you're clever you can adapt for oven!) Whole wheat flour could be substituted. This is originally a medieval Tuscan recipe, created by peasants who couldn't afford the high taxes on salt. Perfect for those of us on low-sodium diets!
