This is the only banana bread recipe I will use. I have had this recipe for years written on a white paper passed down thru the years thru the family. I'm only posting it online so I never lose it. I know you will enjoy it as much as I have. it's a tad different than most your banana bread recipes as the bread mix is more moist than other recipes.

    Recipe #484980

I got this recipe from my local grocery store. Every Friday they have samples of food and homemade recipes and this was one of those dips I just went gaga for. I make this about once a month. It's a tad spicy but so good. If you don't want as much spiciness, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper.

We came up with the recipe after having a 3lb bag of grated Parmesan cheese in our house. We got creative and made lots of meals involving the Parmesan cheese. This is one of those. I'm a huge fan of balsamic vinegar and the tenderness and taste that is achieved with this recipe is outstanding.

My 8 year old daughter, who aspires to be a chef when she grows up, created this in the kitchen one day for her friends to eat. I was horrified as I watched her mix ingredients I thought should never go together. But her friends absolutely loved it. Needless to say, I had to try it myself and was astonished at the creation she had made. So I sat down with her and measured it out to perfection to create her very first master recipe! We love to make this from time to time with sandwich bread or crackers! Her friends always ask her to make it when they come over. Her name is Eternity, remember it, cause one day she will be the next Rachel Ray! P.S. The recipe calls for Basil Pesto. We buy the already made in a jar basil pesto from "Classico". We have not yet tried it with any other basil pesto recipe.

    Recipe #425361

I make this almost everyday for an after college snack. It's soooo tasty. I cook the noodles a little different than most people so these noodles do have a strong flavor. Of course most any package of Ramen Noodles will work, but I prefer the texture of "Maruchan" Ramen Noodles.
