A sauce to accompany pasta or could be served over a nut crusted fish I suppose. I will be putting over butternut ravioli for an upcoming italian themed party. Came from a website entitled "Check it".

    Recipe #206186

Another recipe in search of duplicating the deliciuos ravioli from Rising Moon. This recipe came from "Where the world's recipes are" website. Haven't made it yet, but plan to soon.

    Recipe #206180

This looks like a great pasta to make for ravioli...will be making this soon. Comes from "Vegetarian Gourmet", Spring 1994.

    Recipe #206181

I had a version of this from the company Rising Moon....it is fabulous....so I am looking for a recipe similar to this and plan to try it soon...didn't want to lose it. Apparently this one originally comes from "Vegetarian Gourmet" Spring 1994.

    Recipe #206177

My husband got a smoker for Christmas which we have been enjoying immensely...this recipe looks like it will be delicious adapted for its use...posted here so I won't lose it and so others can enjoy...from Wild Oats website. I will post exactly as they described...obviously if using an electric smoker you can omit the charcoal. This is a variation on the old classic "tortured chicken" posted on this website.

    Recipe #204882

I haven't tried this but it looks delicious to serve to brunch guests. You can tell from my recipes that I use the Wild Oats website for recipes often as well. I love their food!

    Recipe #204835

A dinner replacement drink...very nutritious and just a little naughty.

    Recipe #204485

This comes from the Taste of Home website...I was skeptical at first, but as a calorie watcher and a broccoli lover I gave it a try. The original recipe did not call for garlic, but I found that garlic was delicious! I suppose you could experiment with cilantro or cumin as well. Don't taste it until it is well chilled or you will be disappointed. Try not to use the preminced bottled garlic...throw in a real clove (or less)...it is fantastic...but VERY strong garlic flavor with one clove!

    Recipe #204481

Can't wait to make this...may sub splenda in for the agave as the sweetener. Looks fabulous...would expect nothing else from my favorite company and website...Wild Oats.

    Recipe #199604

Another fantastic recipe from Wild Oats...I love that company and website! I plan on making this as a dip for veggies at Christmas time.

    Recipe #199601

This is from the diet recipe section on whatscookingamerica.com and they credit the recipe as adapted from the cookbook The Convent Cook, by Maria Tisdall.

    Recipe #199421

From the Splenda website..another lower calorie beverage.

    Recipe #199419

From the splenda website. I may try reducing the yolks to 5 and see what happens to reduce calories and fat even more. Time listed includes chilling.

    Recipe #199417

This comes from the Splenda web site. If you prefer a mint hot chocolate..omit the coffee granules and sub two drops of mint extract.

    Recipe #199412

From whatscookingamerica, I haven't made it yet...but plan to...looks great. Posted their instruction with recipe.

    Recipe #199408

Another recipe from whatscookingamerica...catering to the lower calorie lifestyle. I am actually going to try without the soy sauce, as I am allergic...will sub small amount of sea salt.

    Recipe #199405

Dessert or snack for the low calorie lifestyle. This comes from whatscookingamerica website.

    Recipe #199399

I had this at the Wild Oats deli...it is to die for...they have the recipe on their website...so here it is.

    Recipe #199393

Posted on their web site...for gift giving in a jar...I plan to try this...don't want to lose the recipe..so posted here.

    Recipe #199391

This is tasty enough that even my husband likes it...and if you knew him, you would know how remarkable of a statement that is! You can modify this quite a bit by adding onions, or additional toppings like olives or pepperoni slices depending on your tastes. You can also vary the cheeses by adding in feta or mozzarella. Prep time is made very quick with a Cuisinart or other food processor...easy meal to throw together at the last second.
