This Lasagna is sure to please even the most picky of eaters - even if you hate Ricotta cheese! I've never been a fan of Ricotta, but in Lasagna it's almost necessary to keep it from being runny. I've found a way to include it, but also to hide its very obvious texture and add a blast of flavor. If you try this, you're sure to love it! It's sure to put a sorriso (smile) on your face!
This is my take on Maryland style crab cakes, with a light (not heavy) breading and a flavor you will love. Despite the name, these are NOT spicy or "jerk," but rather full of flavor with a crispy outside and delicate inside. Feeling crabby? :-)
My hearty chicken puff pie is full of veggies, chicken and has a crispy, flaky crust which just melts in your mouth. It's a fairly involved recipe, but is well worth the effort you put into it. You will love it. :-)
Comfort Food and a Journey for the senses is what I thought of naming this. My baked seafood Mac-N-Cheese takes the standard recipe to another level of flavor. A joy to make and even better to eat. Creamy, rich and delicious! You'll feel like your dining at a fancy restaurant on the beach in your own home when you eat it, believe me... Enjoy! :-)
This recipe for Put the Lime in the Coconut Shrimp brings the taste of the islands home. A getaway for your senses, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside with flaky coconut and hints of lime and beer. Goes great with a light beer, or lime flavored beer.
