This recipe is from Vegetarian Times April 2010 edition. I love pesto and when I you can use broccoli I just had to try it. The recipe calls for hazlenuts, which I didn't have so I used toasted almonds. I think next time I make this I will use it on white pizza. Ummm it's so good!
OK so I saw this recipe in a magazine I was flipping through at work one day. It looked so good that I decided to jot it down. Silly me I forgot to write down the name of the magazine. I'm slowly becoming addicted to Quinoa and any new recipe is definately worth a try. I'm glad I tried this one. Very good!
No excuses! I have to make these mushrooms for Thanksgiving, at my SIL's house, but they are great anytime of the year. I've been making these for over 30 years now, so the recipe is from memory. Wish me luck!
I'm a little Irish girl, who grew up in a big Italian community! These are the absolute best hot dogs I've ever had. Serving size depends on how many dogs you want to make.
