I was looking for something a bit different to make with cabbage for our family reunion this year, which was yesterday, 9/21/08. I came across a few different recipes and none of them seemed to be "just right." So I tried some ideas from a few of them and came up with this one. I have not tried this yet as I cannot claim to be the originator of this. But when I found it, I thought it would be a great tasting icing.
