I got this recipe from a co-worker, who apparently originally got the recipe from the Martha Stewart website. These are light and spongey with a slight lemon flavor, a real treat.

very simple recipe from the foodnet work website. i found it a bit sweet, and cut down the sugar to 3/4 cup.
This recipe was submitted by my boyfriend. when we first met, he invited me over for a homemade meal and this is what he prepared.

This recipe can also be made into a lentil loaf and served with mashed potatoes and vegan gravy. Served as burgers, they are also very good cold topped with ketchup and mayo.

These are my favorite brownies, adapted from Choco-guru Nick Maglieri's ultimate chocolate book. They are very rich and chocolaty and store very well if you put them in a fridge for a couple of days.
