One of my mom's recipes I've doctored up a bit. A favorite since childhood!
For a healthy version you can make the following substitutions: light ranch dressing for mayonnaise; mozzarella for cheddar cheese;
sour dough for croissants
This was one of the recipes my mother-in-law passed down to me when I got married and it's SOOOOO good! Very easy to prepare and tastes even better the next day. I usually vacuum seal the left overs and freeze for another night. My Mother-in-Law uses 2 cloves of garlic, I use 4 or 5.
