This is a warm, filling yummy soup that warms your heart and soul on cold winter nights. It's low carb, low fat and very healthy. I comes together very easily and quickly too, so it's perfect for week night meals.
I had some left over smoked chicken and wanted a differnt chicken salad. My family loved this version. This dressing would work equally well on roasted or grilled chicken. It just gives the salad a little more zing! (I also used this dressing on coleslaw :) for fish tacos. ) Enjoy!
My daughter Rachel loves hummus. I finally found some tahinni so I threw this togeather one night. It was very yummy. Hope you all like it! Very low fat, high protein and high fiber. It is the perfect light lunch or after school snack.
I had several left over egg yolks so I thought I would give this a try. I was pleased with the results, very tangy. I also added some parsley and clili. I wanted to keep so I thought I would post it here. This makes a fantastic potato or pasta salad. But remember to keep refridgerated and use within a few days.
