    I've been making this refried beans many times for my Mexican dinner combo,sometimes I use pinto beans,sometimes I use red beans,depends on what I have in my kitchen,whatever beans I use,it's always very tasty.Before I cooked beans on the stove top,and I had to keep an eye on it all the time and add water many times in case it got burned.but now I use slow cooker which enhances the flavor big time and you can do other things while it's cooking,give it a try!

    I found the original recipe on This one is my own creation based on the old one. I don't remember since when I have started liking muesli for breakfast; it's just so healthy and refreshing and very quick--a good way to start the day:-) Now I make it once a week. Just store it in a airtight container in room temperature and it can last up to one month. See, I can make my own delicious muesli at home instead of buying one from the store for 6-7 bucks.

    This is a time consuming job, but not as difficult as you might expect and the final result is absolutely worth all the time you put in. All you need is a slow cooker, rich spices, and of course, patience is the key. Your house will be full of the aroma of the seasoned pork while cooking! My hubby and I ate this for dinner 3 days ago and he said this was absolutely a keeper. We've decided to make this dish more in the future! It can be served on the warm burger bun or sandwich toast (if you don't have burger buns available). A little bit tangy coleslaw will take it to another level! Definitely a keeper!

    I happened to get this recipe from the internet months ago and have already made it many times since I'm a big lasagna fan! I adapted it a little bit this time. Surprisingly the result came out so great. My hubby loved it so much and said this is the way in which I should make my lasagnas in the future! We ate it with some freshly toasted garlic bread. WOW!--so yummy:-) And of course, you can prepare in advance. Just let it cool and store it in the fridge for a couple of days and then microwave it on the highest temperature for 2 minutes and you're ready to enjoy! The leftovers even tastes better!
