I found this in a Amish cookbook when my children were in grade school and needed a green punch for a class party. You can sub 7-UP for the gingerale. The time doesn't include the chilling time for punch base or gingerale.
I posted a few of my Mom's recipes in the community forum My Mom's best Meal and was asked by Bergy to posted them on Zaar.
I had to measure out the ingredients to get the amounts because my Mom "eyed" everything. I didn't include the time it takes for me to prepare the noddles or to roll them out and the rest of the times may be off a little as well because i haven't timed how long it takes for the dish to re heat for serving.
Got this recipe either out of the Rocky Mountain News or Denver Post several years ago. It was a contest winner. I went through all of the Chocolate Zucchini cake recipes and mine is a little different. Cooling time is not included in bake time. Preparation time is a guess.
I started making this mix when my children were small and it is still a favorite. For the sugar coated cereal I use Sugarcorn Pops. I got the recipe from a cookbook that my husband got for me on a business trip to Utah called A Century of Mormon cookery. This makes a gallon container full so the amount of servings are a guess. I can't get this to just accept peanut M&M's
I found this recipe years ago in a magazine. Not sure which one.Doesn't not include time for the overnight sitting or for preparing the gravy. When I put the water in I keep the lid in my hand to put it on the skillet immediately so I don't get burned.
