I use this all the time! It's great for breadsticks, pizza and even spaghetti! I use the green can stuff, but you can use the other stuff too, I'm sure. So easy and so good!

    Recipe #223846

This is a yummy, yummy light meal. I developed this to counteract my Mexican cravings on Weight Watchers. It is 4 points according to the Recipe Builder. Top it with salsa, which is free, or add some sour cream. Just make sure you count the extra points.

    Recipe #85749

This is an adaptation of several recipes... I liked the idea of asparagus and mushrooms, and asparagus with lemon, but all the recipes called for butter and herbs and such. This is very simple. I bet it really isn't a recipe, but hey, it works for me!

    Recipe #88246

Boil your eggs, and eat them, too!! This is a great egg salad, and is 3 ww points a serving, not including any bread. I like mine on toasted oat bran bread, but I'm sure rye bread would be tasty too!! My dog gets the discarded yolks! Prep time assumes eggs are already boiled. Modified from a Weight Watchers recipe.

    Recipe #90908

I love this salad!! So good, and just perfect in the summer. Definitely a full meal. This makes one lunch-size version of the cobb salad at Bob Evans. The onion used to be in the cobb salad, but then they took it out. I think it's really good in the salad though. The restaurant version has 13 ww points for this size. Prep time assumes chicken and egg are cooked.

    Recipe #90797

I love imitation crab. There, the secret is out...This salad is great on crackers, but I like to eat it plain, too. One ww point per serving!

    Recipe #91642

You know that extra can of pumpkin pie filling you buy every fall 'cause it's on sale for a great price? The one that sits in your cabinet til next Thanksgiving, when you start the whole vicious cycle again? This is a great recipe to use it up! I save the rest of the pumpkin pie filling to use in this recipe again or to make muffins. This makes two very generous servings. I keep the other serving in the fridge, wrapped, and just reheat in the microwave.

    Recipe #389557

This recipe is so easy and fast! Kid and mom approved. It's a snack or dessert I don't feel bad about giving my kids. I use my food processor, but I'm sure a blender would be great too. Hope your family enjoys it too.

    Recipe #460898

This is so simple and so good. There are lots of fancied-up versions of this out there, but this is how I make mine. The kids like it too. I know, kids shouldn't have coffee....but if I want any peace, they get theirs too! The coffee amount depends on the size of your mug. I also brew my coffee kind of strong, but use your normal coffee. The cook time is time to brew your coffee. Enjoy!

    Recipe #263366

Great recipe to help the kids get involved in the kitchen! My kids are always wanting to stir the eggs when we make scrambled eggs, and half the eggs spill out of the dish from their enthusiastic "helping!" This method allows them to help, without making a mess. Once the eggs are shaken, they can be stored in the fridge for convenience as well. Shake the eggs up before work in the morning, and have breakfast for dinner! Or, you can shake your eggs up before bed, and have breakfast done in minutes.

    Recipe #359793

This is a fast recipe, very easy, and very low-fat. Each serving is 2 weight watchers points. It's very mildly lemon flavored, with just the right amount of seasoning.

    Recipe #88346

Recipe from 400 Calorie Fix cookbook. According to the authors, each serving provides 280 calories, 17 g of fat, 16 g carbohydrates, and 19 g protein when made with eggs. Using egg substitute cuts out 80 calories.

    Recipe #472691

These are tasty and fast! They are perfect for breakfast in a hurry! Both kids love these, and they are hubby-approved!

    Recipe #143226

I'm a zucchini lover. There. I said it. When the garden starts producing, we will eat zucchini every night, unless someone protests. This is but one of the many yummy ways to enjoy this dish.

    Recipe #382943

This recipe comes from 400 Calorie Fix. According to the book, each omelet has 380 calories, 10 g total fat, 46 g carbohydrates, 8 g fiber, 28 g protein when served with the 1 cup of blueberries and slice of whole wheat toast listed in the ingredients.

    Recipe #472694

I found this on the back of the box of ice cream cones from Aldi's. It's figured into the menu for next month, so I thought I would post it. It looks like it would be very kid friendly, and a good way to get some fruit in them! The recipe calls for fresh fruit, but I bet frozen would be fine.

    Recipe #229607

This is a fajita-type filling for tortillas. It is only 2 ww points per serving. It is made without any oil. Fast, easy, and good!

    Recipe #86458

My mom made these for us when we were kids. I love them still. They are so fast and easy to make! My son likes them too. I serve these with chips and fruit salad for a fast dinner.

    Recipe #99231

These are so good. They use the new Ziploc Zip N Steam bags. I used the large size. So simple and so good. And idiot-proof, because I used the bag upside down, and they were fine. I would think you could make these in a regular steamer, but I don't have one, so I don't know how!! Give these a try, I think you'll be as thrilled as I was!

    Recipe #237131

The very best way to make your burgers! Nice and juicy, and very easy! Adapted from a recipe on "Sara's Secrets" on Food Network. Also good on the grill.Yum!
