This is one of my newly adopted recipes. I tossed this together tonight while fixing dinner. Very quick and easy dessert. I used regular apple butter, but no added sugar apple butter could be used as well.

    Recipe #46241

This is chocolate paradise! I am a severe chocoholic and this fills the bill for ooey, gooey, and oh so good. This is from a friend that I used to go to church with. I helped a boy make this for a bake-off at church and he won first prize. My sister donated a certificate for this cake to a charity auction and the woman that bought it has called 4 times since then to have me to make this for her.

    Recipe #99061

I have a good friend who fixes these for church potluck dinners. He gets up early to make a large pan and he never has any leftover. So easy and cheap! I toss everything in a ziploc bag the night before, and they will fall apart when cooked. These can be placed in a ziploc bag with the dressing marinade and frozen, then simply defrost overnight in the refrigerator and cook as usual.

    Recipe #97695

A family friend makes this for all types of church get-togethers. I ate some when mom brought it home and I could not believe how simple this is to put together.

    Recipe #105452

I first had this at a sunday school dinner. Someone brought this for our yearly soup supper and we emptied the bowl. I think it is the oddest combination of ingredients to get something that tastes really good. If you like fried okra, give this a try.

    Recipe #102791

Makes your house smell heavenly during the Christmas season. This smells like you have been baking all day.

    Recipe #103758

A good recipe for using leftover ham.

    Recipe #55098

A dear friend used to bring this to church potlucks. She always took home an empty dish and everyone wanted this recipe. This was written down and tucked into my wedding gift from her. Very tasty and easy new way to serve potatoes.

    Recipe #103393

A lowfat version of a classic comfort food dish.

    Recipe #60770

One of our favourite pork chop recipes. Sweet and orange-y. We like to serve this with rice.

    Recipe #55320

I first tried this cake at a homemaker's luncheon. It was so moist and different I had to ask for the recipe. One of the ladies sent it to me just before Thanksgiving. I made it for our holiday dinner and it didn't last very long at all. My grandmother (she isnt a great cook , but is a great eater) loves it.

    Recipe #760

I found this in an old cookbook my mom gave me. It has worked for me every time I have made it, and it makes 3 loaves at a time, so it is the recipe I have stuck with. I make lots of pumpkin bread in the fall, but I give most of it away. This freezes well, it's great for gifts. This also smells heavenly when it is baking. The flavored butters are great on the warm bread.

    Recipe #102004

Quick and easy egg and vegetable that can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    Recipe #45495

My husband helped me put this together for RSC, Feb. 2005

    Recipe #116323

A comforting lunch or dinner dish. This easy to make casserole is a great way to use up leftover tortillas. Canned mild green chilies add juts the right amount of heat-even for finicky kids.
