When all of my kids were sick, I came up with this soup. They gulped it down. I've had a few requests for the recipe so I'm posting it here in case I get any more takers.

    Recipe #468121

I was low on fresh produce, but wanted to whip up a healthy pasta dish for the family. Everyone liked it so it's stayed in my cooking mix. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #458659

I wanted to get the kids to eat yummy spring vegetables. This soup worked - they loved it. Saving it here for future reference

    Recipe #458418

Believe it or not, I discovered this recipe in InStyle. I have made it so many times and it is always gobbled up by everyone. I have made it for parties and kids. I sometimes serve it "Cincinnati" style - over spaghetti and topped with cheddar cheese or with tortilla chips. Making a pot now on a rainy day - yum!

    Recipe #439920

I was trying to use up some left over vegetables and came up with this very easy spring roll dish. I was surprised my young children liked it too (without dipping sauce).

    Recipe #436787

I've been reading a couple cookbooks by Jeffrey Alford & Naomi Duguid. Their books are great reads and the recipes I've tried are easy and delicious. This recipe is one of my favorites, which is only slightly modified to used dried ingredients (I swapped ground coriander for fresh cilantro since I didn't have the fresh on hand).

    Recipe #378935

This is a recipe from a Better Homes & Garden cookbook I dredged up recently. I modified just a little and was inspired to post the recipe as it won over my picky five-year old. The soup is nutritious, super easy to make and, with prep time included, can be made in about 20 minutes.
