    I live in the "Halibut Capitol of the World" and we love it and eat a lot of halibut.     My ex seldom cooked, but used to often make this wonderful salad. I like to make a double recipe, and serve with a slotted spoon for several days. The juice that is left after several days of marinating is a delicious dressing to serve over other salads. This is perfect when summer tomatoes are in season! Goes great with any grilled meats.
