This is from "15 Minute Meals" by Emalee Chapman. The author studied cooking in Paris and this receipe is from Angelina's restaurant there. I love coffee and ice cream and this takes it to a new level!
This is a simple recipe adapted from the website Irish Abroad. Living in Alaska and being surrounded with abundant fresh fish, we eat a lot of it and are always looking for new recipes. This one is fast and easy and can be used with other fish like salmon and hailibut and other herbs like dill, fennel and chives. Posted for ZWT 8 Great Britain/Ireland
I live in the "Halibut Capitol of the World" and we love it and eat a lot of halibut. Halibut tacos are popular in my family and we have two styles, one son makes the battered and fried style..this is how my oldest son, Cody makes them...usually with leftover halibut. Both styles are really yummy!
This is quick, easy and delicious! It could be made bite sized for an appetizer, or "roll-sized" to accompany any meal. You can use any cheese that you would like, but I would suggest a strong flavored cheese.
Also add onions, garlic, herbs, or anything you would like for extra flavor! I think it would be delicious with a sharp cheddar and jalapenos!
Fried bananas are a popular snack food or dessert in Thailand. They are often made with a batter, but this is a quick and easy batterless method!
Yummy as a dessert with ice cream and chocolate syrup, or plain as a snack anytime!
I love rhubarb and I love ginger, so this is a perfect recipe for me. Rhubarb grows like crazy in my part of Alaska and it is popular in England too. This is adapted from a Jamie Oliver recipe, posted for ZWT8
