There are many variations for this "all in one" bun - here is my version. These are super for packed lunches - or on the go meals. A healthy alternative to store brands. They also make an impressive picnic or pot luck alternative. They freeze well and can be reheated without making them too crusty.
Deliscious & Easy - This recipe is shown with egg noodles and steamed carrots and green beans. Rice would also accompany this recipe very nicely. To make this low carb - omit the noodles - substitute with faux rice or faux taters.
