Don't you hate it when you have a little leftover but not quite enough - and you really don't want to throw it away - so don't - here's an idea for just such an occasion. Mash Potato and stuffing balls - crispy on the outside and nummy and heavenly on the inside.
There are many variations for this "all in one" bun - here is my version. These are super for packed lunches - or on the go meals. A healthy alternative to store brands. They also make an impressive picnic or pot luck alternative. They freeze well and can be reheated without making them too crusty.
This is an absolutely delishious marinade i accidentally made up in a hurry. I only marinated my beef for 2 hours - but if I had given it overnight it would have been stupendous. The herbs are at your discretion - a little goes a long way.
This recipe is pictured with Risotto and Naan. It is super simple and you can make it as hot as you want by changing from Korma to Rogan Josh or even go for a Vindalo - Or stick to the Korma and add a little more chili powder. If you don't think the Cauliflower is for you - try substituting mushrooms or another vegetable. Its all about personal preference.
Deliscious & Easy - This recipe is shown with egg noodles and steamed carrots and green beans. Rice would also accompany this recipe very nicely. To make this low carb - omit the noodles - substitute with faux rice or faux taters.
Super Simple - lots of taste - no one will miss the carbs. This recipe is shown with my Low Carb Pork Stirr Fry. All measurements on the vegetables and shrimp are approximate - you can use more or less to suit your needs.
