These bars are a twist on the classic lemon bar by adding fresh strawberry puree. I love nothing more in the summer than a glass of fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade - except maybe these bars. Thank you Pinterest for pointing me to this reciep from the blog!

This simple appetizer recipe has only 3 ingredients and is always a hit. I learned to make this from my Grandma who I called Nana. Whenever the family would get together we'd have a cocktail hour before dinner and she always served these great appetizers. Sometimes we wouldn't even wait for her to remove them from the pan and just take them out with toothpicks.

These are my favorite version of this popular appetizer. The addition of pineapple adds a nice sweetness. These appetizers are always the first to go whenever I serve them. I've had good look pre-baking them and serving them warm in a crock-pot or just reheating in the microwave if you want to make them ahead of time.

My husband came up with this recipe when looking for a creative way to cook chicken. The marinade adds a nice sweet flavor to the chicken that is complimented by the kick of the chipotle ranch sauce. The chicken marinades overnight, but when we came home from work we were able to throw dinner together in under 30 minutes.
